1) Waiting time to receive your purchase is approximately 2 weeks after order dateline closed. However, it is possible that the waiting time will be longer than 2 weeks due to restocking or any unforeseen circumstances. But we will try our best to keep it within 2 weeks as we understand how excited you will be to receive your purchase! :D
2) PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for defects as we are all bearing the risks of such unforeseen cases and we need your understanding on this. We too, will hope that you can receive your purchases in perfect condition. (:
3) Customers will bear the shipping cost of their items. (Total shipping cost divided by total no of items). This is where we need to collect 2nd payment from customers. Usually the shipping costs will be between S$1.50 to S$4 for each item, depending on weight and quantity.
4) Since customers are bearing the shipping costs, we will absorb the normal postage costs. :)
5) We are not responsible for lost or damage in mail. However, lost mails are minimal. You may wish to request for registered mail to prevent lost of mail. (postage charge for registered mail is applicable)
6) Please check through the measurements and size chart provided at the site, as we are unable to make any exchanges for size, material or colour issues.
7) Please state your order correctly on the exact colour, size (if any) that you want.
8) Only when payment is received and confirmed via email reply, order is considered confirmed.
9) There is no amendment or cancellation of your orders once it has been confirmed.
10) We reserve the right to extend or cancel any order if we are cannot meet the minimum quantity of order by our supplier.
11) When we receive your item(s), we will send out a notification email for 2nd payment, and additional 2 reminder emails should we do not receive any reply from you.
12) If after our 1st notification email and 2 reminder emails upon arrival of items for 2nd payment, we still do not hear from you, we will hold your purchase for a maximum of 30 days upon arrival of item, afterwhich we will consider it abandoned and will sell to public.
13)We will give a grace period of 7 days for 2nd payment, otherwise late fee will be charged. .
